CCFIM Worship Mentor Program

By the anointing of the Holy Spirit, together with teaching and instruction, your ministry can encounter an awesome, life-changing, worship experience on a weekly basis.

It is a belief of CCFIM that praise is our vocal applause for God's victorious performance in our lives. Psalm 145:11, 12 says, "They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom and talk of Your power, to make known the sons of men God's mighty deeds and the glorious majesty of His kingdom." Praise is what we offer to our Creator because of His goodness and what He does for us.

Our worship is what we offer to Him because of who He is; our worship is vertical and is born out of relationship with our heavenly Father. From the heart of one worship leader to another, please hear me when I tell you that you can prepare and enjoy a successful worship experience by simply following a few simple guidelines. You can also have a successful music ministry through establishing and implementing structure and order within your department.

CCFIM would welcome an opportunity to help mentor you in this most vital area of ministry. The most commonly asked questions we hear are ... what are the elements necessary to lead a successful worship service? What is the order that God's Word has mandated for praise and worship? How do we experience reckless abandoned worship moments? How do we create an atmosphere where miracles, signs and wonders manifest?

We are available to answer these questions and more for you and your ministry. Should you have a Music Ministry Department, which includes a choir and other areas of the Arts, we will help you establish structure in those areas as well, including but not limited to the philosophy of music, objectives, requirements for membership, attendance guidelines, procedures, dress code, staff duties, statement of commitment and signed commitment form.
